GREEN & COGNAC PRIVATE HOUSE

A private house with an area of ​​250 sq.m was created for an energetic couple, with a high pace of life. Their home was supposed to give peace and create a feeling of comfort and luxury.

The design and equipment of the facility were carried out remotely.

The main concept is built on a palette of soft natural shades and tactile materials: natural wood, moss, and stone. The entire space of the house is designed in the same style and is conducive to rest and relaxation.

High demands were placed not only on the atmosphere of the house but also on the technical equipment. A "smart home" system has been designed, ventilation, air conditioning and humidification of the air in each room have been installed. All lighting is scripted and adjusted depending on the circumstances.

The interior space harmoniously transforms into summer recreation areas: semi-closed and open terraces.
